What has your LOC been working on for the past 4 weeks?
For the past 4 weeks we have been working on ensuring that mental health priorities are part of the City and County's American Rescue Plan Priorities. Mental health has been identified as a key area for ensuring student well-being and we want to make sure funding is prioritized for that. We are also a part of the Parents Advocating for Student Success (PASS) Program, where we hope to train and develop parents and caretakers of Sac City USD around how to impact decisions that are made impacting their students.
