What has your LOC been working on for the past 4 weeks?
We have revamped our LOC with a couple new leaders joining us. We have talked about recent DACa blockage & what this means for our community. We have been working on understanding what the reconciliation and proposal budget that can include a pathway to citizenship for millions. As we are establishing a timeline for an action our leaders want to take to ask our Congress to pass this & include in the budget. We are also revamping the Diocesan Immigration Support Network (DISN), which is a support network among Catholic churches.
